Dear HIRSCH HUSKIES of the 60’s, “Wouldn’t it be Swell in 2012 to meet again?” 

By now, you may have received email or a Facebook event invitation, visited our website, or heard about the upcoming Sixties Reunion from your classmates!  Yes, our energized Hirsch Alumni team has been busy working again over the past months to produce yet another memorable Reunion that will give Hirsch classmates of the Sixties another opportunity to stroll down memory lane as we did in 2000, 2004 and 2008!!!

The 2012 Reunion itinerary begins the weekend of   08/10/12:

Ø       Friday, August 10, 2012 - “Wild Wild West” Casual Mixer with a cash bar & complimentary hors d’oeuvres, at the newly expanded Convention Center in Tinley Park, Illinois, 7pm -1am. “Saddle up for a rootin’ tootin’ good time!” And don’t squat with your spurs on!  That’s right partner, the attire is jeans, boots and cowboy hats!!   Friday  admission  requires registration  for the  Saturday banquet.  

  Ø      Saturday, August 11, 2012   “L'élégance en blanc” (Elegance in White) Dinner Banquet with a cash bar, also at the Tinley Park Convention Center, 6pm - 1am. White attire optional.  Registration required. 

  Ø      Sunday, August  12, 2012  “Grillin N Chillin” Family & Friends Cookout. Please bring your own food and grill to Grand Crossing Park across from Hirsch, 10am – 9pm.

A panoramic class photo will be taken at the Saturday banquet by a new photographer! Redesigned souvenir caps and shirts, personalized with your name/class year are available as before for you to order.  Let your classmates know what you are doing or send congratulations to someone special by taking out an advertisement in the souvenir program book. 

And we’ve added something new!   Start searching now for your Hirsch High Senior Prom photos for publishing in our program book in the “Prom Memories” section.

You may register now by returning the completed form on page 3 with your full payment, or $50 deposit, plus payment for regular ads, prom photo ads & souvenirs.

Reunion Fee Schedule per person:

            $100 regular fee if postmarked by June 30, 2012.

            $120 late registration if postmarked after June 30, 2012.

Remember, space is limited due to the large number of 60’s alumni.  So, don’t delay! 

 Hotel rooms are available at our Reunion Headquarters in the Tinley Park Convention Center, 18501 S. Harlem, Tinley Park, IL, and at other surrounding hotels listed on page 2.

From Reunion proceeds and ongoing Scholarship fundraising efforts (see page 2 for our Stepper Set), we hope to award another $5,000 or more to Hirsch graduates--this time to the Class of 2013.
